Round 1 of the Agent Mistakes Index was run by one person in the United States. It is published under its own name, and the tester's personal identity is not published. Everything that matters can be checked without knowing who they are.

The test is self-funded. Nothing is sold or promoted here. We accept no money, free credits, affiliate commissions, review units or other benefits from agent makers, retailers, merchants or payment companies. If anything is offered, we'll decline it or disclose it prominently.

Items bought for the test are returned or cancelled through each store's normal process after the evidence is recorded. We don't file test chargebacks or disputes.

The site has no tracking, cookies, analytics, forms or scripts.
